We collect business details, invoice details, client contact information, and account access data needed to run automated invoice follow-up. We also store operational records such as chase events, delivery status, and account onboarding state.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, send invoice follow-up emails, generate invoice and demand notice PDFs, display dashboard activity, and keep the platform reliable and secure.

Third-party processors

ChaseNow relies on third-party service providers and technical infrastructure partners to support hosting, communications, authentication, payments, storage, security, analytics, and related operational functions. These providers are given access only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Payment data

Card and bank payment details are not stored on ChaseNow servers. Payment information is handled by external payment processors or by payment links provided by the account owner, as applicable.

Data retention and security

We keep only the data reasonably required to operate the product, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and maintain platform integrity. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
